	9:30pm ultradamno: There's a pretty funny story about the filming of The Island of Dr. Moreau (in North Queensland) in the documentary Lost Soul that, finally fed up the mess of the production, Fairuza Balk got a cab and asked to go to, I think it was Sydney, not realizing how far it was, but got the lift.

FOR REAL THIS TIME! With a mind-boggling combination of talent and a rock-and-roll pedigree that will leave your jaw on the floor, the members of the Hard Quartet likely need no introduction. But for the sake of due diligence, the band features Stephen Malkmus (Pavement, etc.), Matt Sweeney (Chavez, etc.), Jim White (The Dirty Three, etc.), and Emmet Kelly (Will Oldham, Ty Segall, etc.). We think that's all the info you need. They deliver a short set for BURN IT DOWN! on Friday, November 8.
