Avatar 11:16am dale:

borrowing heavily from ring of fire on that 'bob'
  11:20am Dean:

Listener Baby: I think you can email Joe McGasko to ask to have your SWL increased and allocated to additional shows.
Avatar 11:21am Mr. Fine Wine:

You can make a separate, one-time pledge that won't affect your SFL status....Hola, Baby!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:21am Listener Baby:

Thanks!! I will. Thanks kids.
  11:23am mike east:

Took about four times through for me to figure out that was the monkees theme
  11:23am Sean:

Is this the Ventures covering the SWAT theme?
  11:24am Dean:

Why did I write SWL?
  11:30am Sean:

Turns out I know John Hamilton, the bassist for the Bakersfield Breakers. Now I'll go to the next gig. The things you learn on the radio!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:51am ParUbi:

Good to know. I swagged then discovered some more shows that I like. Nothing like paying something monthly to inspire you to make the most of it! I would like to support those shows if it is indeed changeable.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:54am Mike East:

I was thinking the same thing....the kids are going to remember this as the halloween that it rained....and also the halloween that papa learned not to use paper bags for halloween bags, especially if its raining.
Avatar 11:56am Juke Joint Jonny:

That a horn section with guts
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:02pm Craig in MoTown:

Michael maybe all the kids had done a Trunk Or Treat before going out on Halloween. Amazing, all the parents pull their cars into a parking lot, open the trunk, fill it with the candy and the children go from car to car Trunk Or Treating! It's safer that way, oh Jeez!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:04pm Frank In Queens:

Michael, I know you have zero interest in sports. BUT, if you ever feel so inclined to hear an excellent television baseball broadcast, watch a Mets game. Their announcers are stellar.Best in baseball.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:07pm Sid:

What percentage of the songs on the show are MS Edits? Fascinating.
12:17pm Daybreak and the Great Goal Chase...:

Hey, I’m 39, have been living in NJ since Rutgers in 98, I just got into WFMU 2 years ago after seeing friends wearing the shirts for years. I was Clay in the depressive 6 am gloom that brought me in and I’ve spread like a virus since. Now I Swag for Life and am loving every min of it!
  12:21pm Izzy:

Love the Bread and Dion!
12:26pm Daybreak and the Great Goal Chase...:

And yes I pledged on to ‘o my Swag for life too! So worth it!
  12:27pm Jay Sherman-Godfrey:

Always loved the the celeste on this. Perfect.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:29pm Sid:

BB's version of Fever gives me a new appreciation for a song that has been mostly burned-out via Peggy Lee.
Avatar 12:34pm WR:

I think $10 is the minimum via credit card/ online.
  12:35pm MelindafromAustin:

Being Wican isn’t about thinking you have some “power” - it’s a nature based religion. The demonization of Witches is sexist & disparaging. It’s been going on since the Witch trials & it’s a complete perversion of the sacred feminine - just to give you a little bit of a different insight.
Avatar 12:37pm Michael Shelley:

  12:40pm KWilde:

Incredible version of Without You
  12:42pm Izzy:

Lord Sitar!
  12:43pm paul:

12:44pm Daybreak and the Great Goal Chase...:

Not for nothing, but you can go on WFMU on YouTube and see January of this past year the effects the polar vortex on the station. An indoor waterfall from so many exploded pipes that heavily damaged Monty Hall and the studio space above it.

Whenever money FMU was planning on raising for normal function in March must’ve been completely absorbed just to fix that disaster.

I know this pledge round seems like a lot and we hate when it goes into extra innings, but this year I find it completely understandable!
  12:44pm adrian elaine:

this is amazing!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:45pm common:

Wow! Amazing
  12:47pm Joe R.:

This makes T. Valentine sound polished
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:47pm Sid:

No edit here!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:50pm juan:

That Lloyd Michigan Enterprises is amazing! Great find. Thank you
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:51pm Listener Baby:

I thought the same @Sid.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:52pm Sid:
