Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:41pm Tome:

lemon meringue pie or coconut custard , s'il vous plait ,,,., !<>!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:42pm Rob W:

Around the same time period, but my better half Katie says Little Scream actually reminded her more of Olivia Newton-John, noting the breathiness of her high notes among other things
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:44pm I am the Upsetter:

@Rob W that makes sense. I might have been referring to a lead instrument during the song. I'll take Olivia Newton John to.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:44pm Sid:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:50pm Therese:

I didn't say the clock had been stolen! There may be a valid reason for its absence.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 5:50pm Sid:

Better missing than right only twice a day, right?
  5:51pm JakeGould:

True… Maybe someone is trying to sell the clock to finish off this fund raising drive once and for all!

A therapy clock, take it everywhere..
Hey MD!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:16pm Franco Twinkie:

We went through all this clock business last week on the west coast. My mother, who is loosing her marbles kept asking me if it was four in the afternoon or four in the morning. I kind of expect that from her, but people with two feet on the ground shouldn't do so much hand wringing. We've all done this before and we'll most likely do it again.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:21pm Fuzzy:

Clock is a funny word. Clock. Clock. CLOCK!
  7:22pm Jeremy:

It is football night in America and we're going to watch the picture and the sound.. good evening!!!... great show Therese!!!

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:47pm TomDash:

Yes - that Slump record is great! I was upstairs in the kitchen just now thinking..."who is this?!" Logged on to see - wild record!
  7:50pm PJ:

Is anyone else having problems with the 99.1 signal? All this weekend it has sounded muffled - no high end - like someone was holding a pillow over the speakers. (In case anyone asks, I did check, and there are no pillows over my speakers.)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:50pm ParUbi:

I'm going to have to bandcamp the whole thing-- heard a different track from that new album and had the same "dig it up" reaction
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:51pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Thanks, Therese. For next week's show, I hope there's a nice pie clock up on the wall.
  7:52pm longrally:

My great uncle said of Sesame Street: "It teaches kids how to watch commercials"
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:52pm listener james from westwood:

The Future Silence track falls into my weird but beloved niche genre of "songs that comprise/include lonely echo-ey piano that sounds like it's being played in a school auditorium"!
