The TV show? It was a really peculiar short run variety show with things like rock videos and comic skits. It had members of Second City Television and Saturday Night Live. I remember it being the first time I saw Pee Wee Herman and Devo's really dark (at the time) video for Beautiful World. It was a really odd show. It was hosted by Roddy McDowell in a tuxedo.

I remember NBC would do these summer replacement shows that were just really weird, like the producers didn't care if it got picked up or that anyone might be watching. I think it eventually morphed into the almost-as-weird skit show The New Show.
