Devon. All
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:08pm dale:

good evening. this has a 70s klaus schulze/richard pinhas vibe.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:12pm dale:

i could ride this train for hours - don't care where it goes or if it even arrives.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:13pm dale:

wow - did you plan klaus schulze?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:18pm Rich in Washington:

I've got Schulze's Body Music, which I call 'Klaus Scores a Porno'.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:19pm Rich in Washington:

Sorry, I meant Body Love. www.discogs.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:20pm dale:

rich - go back to earlier albums like irrlicht and moondawn.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:27pm ultradamno:

I just read about a scam, kind of a variation of the Nigerian prince one, where you're asked to send 7.5K to someone posing as Juliette Lewis who claims to be stranded on vacation. Who is the target sucker for this?
  7:32pm BH:

reminds me of the scam about Barry Switzer (legendary Oklahoma college football coach) being stranded in Ukraine... which is not a country that one would expect Barry Switzer to be visiting.

Monster show today, thank you Devon
  7:44pm Androu B.:

Hi, Devon!
Just wondering if you'd heard the news about the passing of Anna Karenina and, if so, if you're devoting a set in her honor this week.
Avatar 7:44pm huomenta:

it is a difficult sport as it were to go wrong with this music
Avatar 7:44pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Just great.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:45pm Devon E. Levins:

Angrou, Yes I heard but unfortunately did not have enough time to get it all together so maybe in an upcoming week in the New Year.
Avatar 7:45pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Pink Floyd's long shadow...

when living in germany I always got the impression 'krautrock' did not mean much there anymore. - then again I might be wrong due to the language barrier & other things.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:48pm dale:

this is great stuff.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:49pm ultradamno:

I don't think it's ever been a very well loved term there, esp. among the musicians involved.
Avatar 7:50pm huomenta:

then again some people/bands have rather strong cult following in germany, anne clark comes to mind.
Avatar 7:50pm TDK60:

Those German hippies! Hi.
Avatar 7:50pm huomenta:

I meant the music not the awful word itself
Avatar 7:51pm Revolution Rabbit Nov63:

Julian Cope wrote a book on it - & says his wife prohibits saying 'kraut' on one floor of the house...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:51pm dale:

day-um. this is good. got any novalis?
Avatar 7:52pm huomenta:

krautrock is a silly and derisive name for something so influential, but faust did not mind, heh!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:53pm Aitch:

Jeff Conklin put me onto Birth Control, awesome Krautrock
Avatar 7:53pm huomenta:

krautrocksampler is a good book in itself if not the must fact-proof
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:55pm ultradamno:

Faust always had one the most developed senses of humor of those groups
Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:56pm dale:

i like the wagnerian pomp of this stuff.
Avatar 7:59pm huomenta:

yes, even early scorpions is cool, especially the broken english lyrics (this comes from the mouth of a finn who makes grammatical errors when sleeping)
Avatar 8:00pm huomenta:

should have been a four hour special, this...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:00pm dale:

thanks devon - dug this.
Avatar 8:01pm huomenta:
