Funniest Belock moment of the year.

I hope to hear some Low Doses!

Hey Joe, I know you have live bands on all the time. My one great friend has a band, he writes all his music, alot of which have lyrics that have to do with various NJ related things, including rutt's hut and hot dogs. Check him out when you have a chance, its a goal of his to make it onto WFMU in some form, im sure he would love to play on your show, and i think his music style would be a good fit! johncozz.bandcamp.com

WFMU is the Xmas gift that keeps on giving -- it was joy to work on some of these sessions! They provided me with a lot of fun, and I'm lucky for all the great experiences.
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 12:44pm Ken From Hyde Park:

Very nice! Thanks for hosting all the good live rock over the decade. Looking forward to Diane Kamikaze's fill-in for Julie this Thursday.

Sooo happy you came in this x-mas holiday Joe B.

Missing Monuments has one of the best lines in rock-n-roll: "I'm gonna blow myself! I'm gonna give it all I GOT!"

Sorry, Joe. It happens.
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 12:57pm Handy Haversack:

"If anybody talks about a dead guy during a broadcast, I'll sack 'em. I'm sick of dead guys. Whenever I turn on baseball, all I hear about is dead guys. If I hear a name, I'm going to ask: 'Is he dead?' And if he is, you're fired." - Fox Sports President David Hill in The Cultural Encyclopedia of Baseball (Jonathan Fraser Light, 2005)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:25pm steveo:

great show by the way :)

Fab show Joe! I hope to be down the shore next wkd.
Avatar 🎸 Swag For Life Member 2:31pm efd:

@Marc15 I'm afraid I haven't had the pleasure. You might be thinking of the Split Squad, which includes Baseball Project sideman Josh Kantor (and frequent Minus 5 sideman Michael Giblin).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:32pm crateslinger:

I watched John Doe in Roadhouse last night. He gets a cool death.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:33pm steveo:

What is the difference between Successful youth and Wasted youth?
  2:41pm Marc15:

@evan: Yes, that is probably what I am remembering. Thank you

Wasted youth/Optimized youth
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:45pm steveo:

you didn't say "wrong answers only" so i'll just speculate that that song was about the time wasted on a dead-end relationship
