Ursula 1000 had this same issue with mixxx and it connects fine. It's just the audio is getting muted like WWR may have hit the mute button on a track or the audio/mixer is way low. I'm am 80% sure that's the problem

Mixxx is a complex DJ app and if you're not a typcial DJ ie. u only use it to play back a file it's easy to hit mute or something.

If MIXX is anything like Virtual DJ, it's super easy to hit the headphone button by mistake and then everything goes silent. I've done that before.

Kenzo really has the audio routing figured out for Windows. It's much more difficult than osx for doing it but totally possible. It's just really hard for me to explain in text to folks
