	12:45pm JakeGould: In my case I felt a little tired last Friday. Nothing bad. Go to work, and then at 2:00pm on the dot it snapped. I felt dizzy and chalked that up to eating a late lunch. Got home, collapsed on the bed and had a 101F. Next day it went up to 103.5F.
