Howdy Pseu!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:05pm Krys O.:

Good afternoon, Pseu & those of the Hooking persuasion.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:06pm Handy Haversack:

Playlist might be up to tricksyness again? But afternoon, all!
  12:19pm Mike tp:

first set great choices....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:22pm Carmichael:

Strummy, shiny, shimmery music.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:31pm Bill in W.O.:

Hey Pseu! You got me on that Smiles track. I was looking for them after liking the TF'y-ness of it and got stuck on a 90's band that used to be in the cutout bins a lot back when that was a thing. Should have gone to Bandcamp first, duh.
  12:34pm Bambi Kino HQ:

A song about a Wyeth painting! Are there others?
  12:44pm Listener Bop Monroe:

Great 1st set.
And talk all you want/need.
  12:44pm Fletchernyc:

Hi Pseu! More talk!!❤️❤️❤️
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:50pm PMD:

I also like the talk. Spotify is good if you don't like the talk.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:52pm Bill in W.O.:

You're doing a public service, Pseu. Not kidding, but kidding, but not. You go.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:56pm Carmichael:

Talk a lot about talking a lot.
Avatar 12:57pm pantz:

Elephant talk?!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:02pm ChrisB.:

Wow! Anton Barbeau and Game Theory back to back. That's some deep divin' right there.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:02pm Hughie Considine:

I will always give a shout for Game Theory - specially this very brief gem.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:03pm Carmichael:

Scott Miller and I were in competing bands back in those days. He was quite a guy.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:05pm Krys O.:

Ooh! So glad to hear Of Montreal. Thanks, Pseu.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:09pm Handy Haversack:

New to me -- sounded great.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:09pm Bill in W.O.:

Omnivore will be putting out a batch of stuff from Game Theory, mostly previously unreleased, from 1989-90 (in the period between MIDDLE AGES and the start of Loud Family). March 20.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:16pm Bill in W.O.:

Ariel View are a problematic band to web-search. Really liked the Camera Obscura-ish track last week, and this is great too. Thanks for the tips.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:20pm Krys O.:

Still have my Grays cassette!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:23pm Krys O.:

Knocking it out of the park with the Gist, Pseu!

Cosmonauts are where it’s at. Sounds real good in my earholes. Thanks, Pseu!

Hi from rainy Seattle!
Avatar 1:55pm mariano:

Huh. Wonder if this is the same Janet from Tam Lin...
Avatar 1:56pm The Donut King:

This is super nice. Makes me happy. Don't know them at all...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:57pm Handy Haversack:

Fairport Convention also does a wonderful version of this tune on Liege & Lief.
Avatar 1:58pm The Donut King:

Oh right, Handy - I couldn't figure out where I'd heard it before. Thanks!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:59pm Handy Haversack:

No prob! The Wild Irish Roses are a family band from New Paltz. Been getting a lot of play on WFMU lately -- really good stuff!
Swag For Life Member 2:11pm Andrew_in_WI:

Is this that new Big Blood?
Avatar 2:15pm mariano:

Thanks for pointing that out, @Handy! I tend to stick to the same few songs on L&L (Tam Lin, Matty Groves, and a couple of others). I need to revisit the entire album. Looking at the track list though, it seems the song doesn't have the same title (assuming we're talking about Will O' Winsbury).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:16pm Handy Haversack:

Right, @mariano -- on L&L it's "Farewell, Farewell."

I love that album, start to finish. It really burns!

Hope you had a good trip!
Avatar 2:18pm mariano:

Thanks, @Handy, that's what I suspected, but didn't want to play it over Pseu's show. Yeah, Sandy's voice makes my bottom lip quiver. Died way too soon.
  2:24pm Websie:

i hope that Carly song WASN'T about J Taylor
  2:33pm Christy D:

♥️ this Lindsey!!!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:35pm Handy Haversack:

I hope that Lindsey Buckingham song IS about J Taylor!
  2:41pm Andres:

Are you saying you're not a Gilmore Girls fan?
Avatar 2:44pm Pseu Braun:

GG was lost on me at the beginning. But, eh it's awright. Especially when Joel Gion and Sparks and YLT appear.
  2:49pm egould310:

Needz moar banjo!
  2:50pm queems:

mt mom used to play this all the time! haven’t heard it in years
Avatar 2:50pm βrian:
