Not to debase the discourse, but the first few notes made me think it was the opening theme music to Python's Holy Grail. I have a CD of the incidental music from the movie, it's pretty good!

Bethany: I'm trying to find what the CD was, as mine is buried away somewhere. Jan Stockaert is one composer, but there was an in-house BBC composer who made stock music that wound up in Holy Grail and on the show, iirc. Proved to be much more interesting than I'd imagined.
