So, just started hunting for albums....The Complete Jazz Epistles seems to be tough to find...found a copy or 2 of the CD set for ridiculous money. Oto does have a download of a Moholo For The Blue Notes album. Ogun doesn't seem to be an active label, from what I can tell.

Cuniform has 3 Brotherhood of Breath concert releases on bandcamp. Searching now for Jazz The African Sound with the Kippie tune featuring what I think is the clarinet of Kippie Moeketsi who likely composed the tune as well.

Speaking of elderly jazz drummers, I recently saw Victor Lewis play (with Bobby Watson). He said he was 70; he looked like he was 70 (at least); he played like he was 40. I think drumming helps keep you in shape.

There are some vid clips shared by NRK from their vaults a few years ago that show Christensen & crew with Keith Jarrett in 74 and more interestingly backing some earlier jazz giants a few years earlier. Will look it up and follow up with some info. Gotta start cooking lunch now. laters.

(I do have an A-D recorder, not expensive but makes goid digital copies of LPs. It's a pain, though. Have to record in real time, then split And tag albums. Only done it a few times, but worth it for rare records.
