  9:08pm MONEYBAG$:

Swag For Life Member 9:10pm zzz:

Avatar 9:13pm javakid:

  9:15pm MONEYBAG$:

better than finding ourselves in the Dream of the Blue Turtles
Avatar 9:15pm hairyhood:

Howdy, all
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:15pm jj.:

indeed, the track of the title has been on my mind for sure. mainly i'm playing it cuz it rips, but not lost on me!
Avatar 9:16pm javakid:

ohhhh, it rips
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:16pm Handy Haversack:

Sounds really good. Was gonna maybe disconnect and watch something, but this is too hard to leave!
  9:16pm JakeGould:

Are you in the station Jesse? Kudos to DJs live, remote or recorded for being there here here and there.
  9:16pm bennyandthjets:

yeah the noise freak out towards the end of this is one of the best. i want to make a supercut of chris forsyth and garcia peoples related noise solos
  9:17pm Chris H:

Was hoping my copy would arrive today, maybe tomorrow.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:17pm jj.:

i'm at the station tonight. it's a combination of live & remote DJs.
  9:18pm ?:

Whens the next forsyth/endless boogie show?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:18pm jj.:

i think at this point the question, sadly, is "when's the next show?" period.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:18pm TIMPANDA:

ooo baby what a beat
  9:19pm ?:

Avatar 9:20pm hairyhood:

too wild to comprehend...
Avatar 9:20pm mb:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 9:59pm jj.:

Avatar 10:03pm Joe B:

hi jesse, show sounding great
  10:04pm MONEYBAG$:

were you going to perform that 1000 slot machines piece?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:05pm melinda:

hi all
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:06pm jj.:

since you guessed correctly, that was part of it, moneybag$, but there were also 1000 metronomes syncing with themselves & a choir of 2-dozen strong reading apple music end-user licensing agreements backwards & in harmony. hopefully we'll be able to get it going for next time.
  10:09pm JakeGould:

If you need a laugh, a friend’s kindergarten-aged son is now being home schooled because of all of this. When it was explained to him his only response — to being “schooled” in the living room — was “This isn’t much of a school.”
  10:10pm MONEYBAG$:

yeah I had a hunch that would be it, but I thought there would be 2 dozen copies of side 4 of the white album involved (different Apple!)
  10:13pm Chris H:

I was figuring some sort of tribute to the Occulus
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:13pm jj.:

"this song is by jimmy buff--" wait...
  10:17pm MONEYBAG$:

man, I listened to jimmy buffett on AM radio today because it was the most mellow thing I could find. define that as rock bottom
  10:22pm EC:

This -"it's Quite" song is something else right now
Avatar 10:25pm northguineahills:

brain working again.
  10:25pm Jon:

Really enjoying this set tonight. Perfect vibes.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:25pm melinda:

good news, ngh
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:28pm ParUbi:

Hey Jesse, hi everyone
  10:29pm Danny San:

This is fitting ,,, good stuff
Avatar 10:32pm northguineahills:

I got an email in my spam folder from a certain international benefactor that the funds to get my heart back for WFMU came in. It was en francais, which luckily I can read (but not speak well). The certain online payment site was down, and there was no one in customer service today, so, I wait for another day to get my heart back (yes, I must be the cowardly lion).
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:36pm ParUbi:

Baffling but intriguing, NGH!
Avatar 10:38pm northguineahills:

(It was from a regular WFMU listener, who was trying to brighten my day, as I introduced him to his favorite composer in person, when she was touring Europe. [and she's and old friend of mine])
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:38pm Handy Haversack:

On attend.
Avatar 10:39pm northguineahills:

Luke Schneider, new to me and digdug!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:39pm ParUbi:

That's such a nice, positive karmic boomerang
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:40pm jj.:

this is the radio (world?) debut of a piece from the forthcoming like schneider album!
  10:40pm MONEYBAG$:

I got an email from the grandson of Idi Amin, regarding some Swiss bank accounts. I gave him Ken's contact info
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:40pm ParUbi:

Schneider piece is so chill, such a balm for today
Avatar 10:41pm javakid:

this is so enoesque and beautiful
Avatar 10:42pm northguineahills:

I told her that a certain person in Paris, wanted to meet her after her show. They got to hang out afterwards.

His gesture to me still has me in tears, as I never expected cultural karma, and you know what WFMU means to me.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:43pm jj.:

that's beautiful, ngh!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:44pm ParUbi:

sharing music, sharing emotional space, such an FMU type of thing
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:53pm ParUbi:

Throwing peanuts to my dog. Tried throwing a wasabi almond, which I realize now was a mistake.
  10:54pm MONEYBAG$:

This is for sale on Bandcamp? Can't find it
  10:55pm P-90:

I’m munching a pizza, sipping rum and Dr.Pepper, watching the epidemic on tv muted with captions, and Frowing out. Every pick has been splendid, jj.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:56pm jj.:

it's here moneybag$: dustin-clarence-hidetoshi-wong.bandcamp.com...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:57pm melinda:

  10:57pm MONEYBAG$:

  10:58pm MONEYBAG$:

Thanks jj
  10:59pm P-90:

Dustin Wong kicks ass.
  10:59pm Jon:

Thanks for the Dustin Wong link. That was such a great piece.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 10:59pm ParUbi:

How are you watching the epidemic, @P-90?
  11:00pm P-90:

Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:00pm jj.:

all 3 of those performances on the new dustin wong bandcamp page are totally improvised & gorgeous in different ways!
Avatar 11:02pm slugluv1313:

good evening, Jesse and everyone!
lovely sounds tonight -- as others have commented, perfect antidote to all the craziness out there :)
  11:02pm MONEYBAG$:

  11:03pm Joeybug69:

Ooh, Insect Fear next??
  11:06pm MONEYBAG$:

  11:10pm Danny San:

I wish there were still insects to fear ,,,
  11:23pm rhett:

Swag For Life Member 11:54pm zzz:

11:57pm Daybreak and the Pandemic WORLD!!!:

Thanks for being here!
After a long day of managing my kids 2 different 1st days of virtual school all day and my own prep for teaching my 5 high school classes virtually starting tomorrow.
A good time to be a student (maybe)
A good time to be a teacher without children (probably)
A very bad time to be a teacher with school aged young children (except for the no scrambling for child care -which is huge!)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:57pm coelacanth∅:

Thanks Jesse
Avatar 11:58pm Hams:

appreciate, jesse. thanks for pullin' through.
