Ah, I see the problem. Radio's on the beach tuned to 590. Must be WINZ, Miami. Yeah, that'll blow up a radio easily. It even crashed this computer in the middle of my comment.

@WR: a more prolix version of what Doug said. Epirus is a geographical and historical region in southeastern Europe, now shared between Greece and Albania. It lies between the Pindus Mountains and the Ionian Sea, stretching from the Bay of Vlorë and the Acroceraunian mountains in the north to the Ambracian Gulf and the ruined Roman city of Nicopolis in the south

No, kidding here, Doug, that's the same way this laptop, Nancy, acts. Video connection's loose, but that then crashes the whole thing. When that's been happening a lot -- as just happened as referred to above -- I have to run it with a pipe wrench as a C clamp holding Nancy together tightly.

I'm having a typical reaction to this set: "Another country whose music I need to dig into deeper!" It reminds me a bit of Ethiopian music, but sometimes with Egyptian string fills (at least with Abu Araki al Bekhet ), which makes sense if Sudan is between Ethiopia and Egypt.
