	3:34pm testingwithfire: Fellow bread-avoider and pancake maven here: I use a mix of coconut flour and oatmeal (1/2 cup each), 1/2 t baking powder, 1 egg, 1/2 t salt, and 3/4 cup coconut milk OR half and half OR heavy cream thinned with water. With butter and a decent dab of honey as toppings, you don't need to sweeten them.

	4:46pm Jett: Elvis was very cool, especially his period before he went in the army. He did however have some very cool moments afterwards also, and yes that '68 comeback special look was supercool. It's a shame the Colonel held him back on the better material. I enjoyed his attempt at being psychedelic with "Edge Of Reality." I'm a fan.
