I have been attempting to get through Mike D's show on Apple Radio while I have a free subscription. This mornings episode I listened Mike explained how 3 Fee High... came out as they were finishing Paul's Boutique and they listened to it the day it came out and felt that Da La had just killed what the Beasties were getting ready to do.

i think A Roller Skating Jam Named "Saturdays" actually came out in 1991 (since you mentioned '89 on mic, Otis) which makes you way older than me after all
Avatar 12:34pm

Oh, it did! I was confusing it with 3 Feet High. In 1991 I was "legal" to drink.
  12:35pm

  12:38pm
spodiodi:

i can't believe the better one ever even worked... especially when i was 15-16, i guess some people just didn't care. i think i was 19 when a guy on south st.
