	♥ 7:10am Meghan: I am avoiding my art room. It really needs to have everything taken out and put back in, which I am not wanting to do. I do plan on working on the kitchen next. It's all beige. I plan on painting the walls and cabinets.
	♥ 7:12am annie: our local weather guy says asunny day and close to 70..!! you've got a great project ahead of you! when ihad to clean my room as a young kid,iliterally threw all my stuff onthe floor and sorted and re-arranged from that pile. i still use that process.. but no piles..

I have no doubt when the dust settles from this a lot of the jerks will be more than happy to “upscale”∏ their buildings by kicking out their ground floor tenants that have been around for years. NYC might just be the land of chains…
