  3:16pm Agent Peter:

Still waiting for someone on this station to play some Alice Donut

  3:24pm ledzeppelinsucks:

I saw Alice Donut with NOMEANSNO early 90's in
San Diego.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:25pm Sid:

The three Holly BV albums are quite different - almost like 3 separate artists.

Hasil is trashin' up mah mind.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:46pm Sweet Corn Lizzie:

When I worked with a couple of British guys in the mid 80s, one of them was listening to radio on his Walkman and suddenly rushed over to the other guy saying "LISTEN TO THIS!" It was Nelly the Elephant - a song they both knew from their childhoods and were highly amused by as a punk song.
  3:48pm andrewb:

"Nelly" was a #1 hit in the UK. Just imagine such a thing inthe US.
  3:50pm Xuanfernan:

Grettings from Spain!!!
  3:51pm kpx:

Ell-o Suuuzy, I've been listening to fmu for decades. and I've just discovered you for the first time three shows ago. then I saw your documentary, and I've got to say I find you to be very interesting after watching your documentary. I like a success story where someone makes lemonade out of a lemon's and finds their niche in life. you've been a genuine inspiration.
Avatar 3:53pm graphic_taco:

Great set today Suzy!
  3:56pm Smoketown Joe:

Hot damn, fine show Ms Hot Rod
  3:56pm Patolds1234:

I watched your documentary the other week, top shelf. Question: where can I purchase your Roller Derby poster ? I looked on the artist Jay Vollmar’s website with no luck. Actually, are they for sale ?
  4:00pm testingwithfire:

I did not know there was a Suzy documentary? How am I supposed to get anything done with all this great stuff to watch?
  4:03pm Larry O:

Take a scissors and cut off the tag. It’s not required by law once you’ve purchased it
  4:03pm P-90:

@Ms. Hotrod: Have you tried snipping the abrasive tag out of the underwear before doing sit-ups?
  4:04pm testingwithfire:

Situps are bad for your back... I use a TRX suspension trainer for core training. Love it. And they SHOULD pay me for pushing their product but so far they aren't.
  4:04pm DJ PB:

You're still wearing underwear?
  4:05pm BH:

how do motorcycle helmets rate for face-covering quality these days?
  4:05pm testingwithfire:

Perros salchichas! Pix please
  4:06pm testingwithfire:

RUTH
Avatar 4:06pm StringOFperils:

The tag-burn: That's the point where you contact the floor; there's gonna be wear and tear, tag or no tag. Been there. Used to run a lot and do sit-ups, stretches etc....long ago
  4:06pm P-90:

Thanks @Ruth!
  4:06pm Larry O:

One of the Wfmu dj’s from decades ago lied about having been on BCN. I know, because I was in Boston when he claimed to have a show.

Now FMU has more status than BCN
  4:07pm Roy Babiak:

Dudette, You need to get yourself a nice thick neoprene pad. They market them as "kneeling pads" for garden work. You can thank me later. Great set so far, I can thank you now!
  4:08pm Laura in Peekskill:

Never got a burn from too many situps, but I have gotten a blistered butt from a rowing machine.
Avatar 4:08pm Ruth Booth:

@suzy A thick gel mat saves my back and butt.
  4:08pm Jett:

Cool of you to remember Link Wray's birthday this week @SuzyHotRod Today is James Brown's birthday.
  4:13pm Patolds1234:

Hasil Adkins takes me back to the Hound Show thirty years ago... Kinda showing off my long-listener-ness there
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:13pm suzyhotrod:

I will look up Sheckies, I love Wildwood! I am impressed so many of you have watch my lil documentary. That's really kind of you. Jay Volmor artwork (who is the guy who did the main photo on my playlist) He's online, I don't know if he has anymore Hotrod posters but this is him: jayvollmar.com... As for butt burn, I actually do think its not tag related, i think its just fabric burn in general, what a life.
  4:15pm kpx:

you say you have dachshunds. well that explains the tat of the brown wiener dog you have. but I just don't understand why you have so much ink? are you addicted to tattoos.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:19pm Motobro:

The Hound, Sat afternoons... and Wild Girl’s show.
The Hound has something going again online. Search you’ll find it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:21pm Motobro:

Unless you’re banging bars then just hold your breath...
  4:26pm Jett:

I'm a fan of "Little Ole Wine Drinker Me" by Robert Mitchum. my favorite version.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:27pm suzyhotrod:

Ruth I hope you're doing situps right now while you board op!
Avatar 4:28pm Ruth Booth:

I only do pushups here, no mat.
  4:29pm Jett:

Any relation to Shirley?
  4:33pm kpx:

I remember riding around in the backseat of my brother-in-law's Camaro with some of my other siblings listening to tons of this kind of country music of that error like Johnny Cash Rodger Miller Buck Owens and the buckaroos....
Avatar Swag For Life Member 4:33pm TheNewLexGofer:

What a perfect tune for sittin' around the house and gettin' stewed on Brewdog Elvis Juice! Happy belated birthday (April 29), Willie!
