"I listened yesterday. It's no reflection on you but I could'nt see where you were going or what you were going for. This early seventies thing did'nt get noticed the first time and you talk about friends of like Dealney and Bonnie who had records out like we're supposed to remember who they are. Then you play this long winded free jazz stuff that really grates on my nerves. And that noise without a beat and sounds like someones being pinched. Then you play a reggae song, I think you called it Dub, to what, be cool? You seem to really fetishize the whole folk thing too which is obnoxious to us who don't even care. I liked it when you played that punk song though. I like Joe Belock a lot." (Visit homepage.)

Steveo and all - the train is best but get the tots before boarding 3xs the price on the train - sort of like a penalty since they think folks are scamming..

Ha! You have my authorization, Carmichael. If you need anything filled out in triplicate, say the word!

Clay's "News" segment today had a bit about a guy who was smashing himself in the head to relieve the boredom. I made an analogy to Spider in the "Streams of Whiskey" video, but without you around, there was no one to appreciate it!

@Carmichael: Ha! "quarantini time" -Perfect-
I can't believe it has taken me 9 weeks to learn that expression. Brilliant turn of phrase!

Handy owns the patent on that phrase, Will.

Handy - one day - when I can get back a beer in your yard or my/our community garden - Green Oasis = 8th st C/D... Unlike most CGs, we have reasonable regs =
"NO HEAVY DRINKING and NO HARD DRUGS." = beer, wine, drinks (with no violence) and weed are A-OK>>>>
Check it out if ye are around that way:many species, but the highlights are: Magpies, Cardinals, Woodpeckers... Crows an occassioal Owl ..no pigeons and a rare Turkey Buzzard.... Honey Bees, Koi Pond, Compost, children's arts workshops = children of all ages, stage.... special place and, as I said, not uptight ... check out the gallery

Good luck, Carm. Feel free to vent. Will get that beer tray boxed up and mailed ASAP. Wish I could include 10 ABV Belgian beer with it ...
