LOL, looking from outside in, it's even more bizarre. Not to get too political but I could at least understand people being silly about climate change as it's kind of a more abstract concept to them. I thought, that with COVID being more immediate, supporters of a certain president will be more sensible. But no, I was wrong....

Amazing!

  11:21pm

Folks here are going out without masks pretty much everywhere since they lifted the stay-at-home order in most Oregon counties on Friday. I've sequestered myself, because these folks ain't using coming sense.
Avatar 11:28pm
RabidRabbit:

Reminds me of the phrase "common sense isn't all that common" :P
  11:28pm
Kevin Doyle:

Great Dylan tune w/Band
  11:30pm
kevinc73:

@Rabid Yeah, no doubt. Realized that I mistyped the phrase "common sense", but you got the gist.
Avatar 11:30pm
TDK60:

Love that organ. How did they get that organ down in that basement? Or was there a garage door?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:31pm
chresti:

Maybe a freight elevator.
  11:32pm
JakeGould:

The organ lived there.
Avatar 11:33pm
slugluv1313:

they finally convinced Mrs. Henry???
  11:34pm
JakeGould:

@kevinc73: In NYC the most obnoxious things is bars being open for “to go” beer and people hovering around, no masks, drunk in the middle fo the street.

No use on asking police: They show up, waive people away and then the drunk (predominantly white) folks just go back to being sad drunks on the sidewalk. No fun or joy there.
Avatar 11:34pm
TDK60:

Oh yeah, the photo shows a garage door, likely went into the basement. en.wikipedia.org...
  11:35pm
phat:

great show tonight. I look forward to this show every week.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 11:35pm
chresti:

They had no coming sense, either, it seems.
@Kevinc73
  11:36pm
kevinc73:

@JakeGould Sounds pretty obnoxious to me. Wish people would get that this shit is not to be taken lightly.
Avatar 11:36pm
TDK60:

Or maybe they just used the regular door on the left, if the organ was skinny enough.
  11:37pm
kevinc73:

@Chresti- Indeed. Coming sense will be the new catch phrase that takes the world by storm, but well... not really.
  11:38pm
JakeGould:

@kevinc73: Agreed. An before anyone says I am a “narc” I’m talking 3:00pm on a Sunday with old people wearing masks and using walkers passing by. Worse than 3:00am drunks in a bar.
Avatar 11:40pm
TDK60:

I have a similar situation across the street from me, Jake. My Zorro training tells me: best to not engage with such, more thrilling adventures elsewhere.
  11:40pm
Dean:

Common sense is overrated, precisely because it's common.
  11:40pm
JakeGould:

Anyway, this list for Big Pink really shows off how ugly the interior is. No cohesive style past seemingly renovating one room at a time. So ugly. www.homeaway.com...
  11:40pm
kevinc73:

Maybe we need to start using uncommon sense.
  11:43pm
JakeGould:

@TDK60: I agree. The reality is we’re now at a point in NYC where all types of people are pulling some “Those rules are not for me…” macho B.S. So dense and dumb.

Also, how can you argue with people who are paying $5 a can for $2 a can beer they can *literally* get right across the street.

Own container laws are effectively on hold. So people should just fill their S’well bottles with cheaper booze and walk around instead.
Avatar 11:43pm
RabidRabbit:

Evolved sense, hehe

Jordan:

Jeff, great show tonight. Do you know if the folks who put this out did any digital download for it? I love these guys every time you play them, but don’t have the cash to get the double LP to the states
Avatar 11:44pm
Jeff Conklin:

@Jordan: Man, I wish they did sell a digital version but I don't think so. I wrote to the label for a download and he sent me a CDR :/
  11:46pm

This last set is the perfect music for chillin' on a lazy Sunday evening. Really dug the Jimmy Carter and Dallas County Green and the Brazda Brothers.
