After studying with the renowned Taoist master Liu Pai Lin, she integrated the slow-moving pace of Tai Chi into a music that connects intimately with a multiplicity of cultures at the same time that it unmistakably reflects her Brazilian soul. / This album brings together a selection of recordings drawn from a body of work that was originally recorded between 1986 and 1994. | * | 1:40:15 (Pop-up) | |||

I lived in Bow in those days. I knew grit, too.
Coincidentally, I lived in Upper Norwood, as a child. Hence my football team, Crystal Palace.
CarolCrow:
Brian in UK:
Stanley, in the Sherlock Holmes stories Upper Norwood was a train ride out of London.

Jeremy Brett was sublime as Holmes.

Ok I’ll pick The album Black Sabbath by the Band Black Sabbath. Normally I choose music that actually brings me deeper in to my own darkness. I’ll either fall asleep, text my brother or write something. Rather he’ll text me when he sees my writing posted and he’ll know from the piece to reach out.
The other go to would be the Bad Brains album
I against I .I just can’t help but feel great listening to that entire album

Not even the music. He’s a blast of speed so you have no choice. My customers always catch what he’s talking about and laugh like crazy
