sophisticates. Feeling the uplift rising up in me.
Looking to get some new headphones. Any recommendations?
I got my Bose - which are Pre-EQed: good for Listening - terrible for Mixing. & they have interesting electronics like wireless & noise canceling...
Periodically mention the podcast 'Switched On Pop' has interesting dissections of Pop Musics.
MATT THANK YOU!!!
Cheers on a Friday, all!!
Sunlight kills all corona in 2.5 seconds
Nothing will stop the election no matter how hard they try, that's all fake plague is for.
Get Up Stand up Protest !!!
No Mask: I give ZERO Fucks about ANYONE
?: you are an idiot and your idiocy will get people killed.
Of course by now, there's probably a few more things that have to be done than just saying "masks". The bad news is that the things that would need to be done are gonna be less effective when done a second time.
You may have no symptoms. Don't matter.
No one knows when you are immune or not.
There are children who have gotten over symptoms - & then their immune system goes into overdrive & critical shock.
People who have blood clots afterwards : lung, liver, heart - brain failure. Maybe forever.
We don't know much!
Masks Lockdown even curfews in some places like here in Nice I didn’t agree with the curfew but now masks have fallen by the wayside. We can now touch hug kiss be together
- & that is true.
It is a Novel virus - New.
We need to develop a new immunity.
The idea is to flatten the curve so Hospitals & Systems are not overwhelmed!
- & - so people DO NOT DIE.
We want as few Fatalities as possible until there is a vaccine &/or even better treatments.
About this there is no specific certainty - no date to mark confidently on your calendar - @ this time.
Then there is the actual Malice of some who would be happy to have us Die & Never Vote or protest or anything else. & don't underestimate that - ! They've denied us Health Care already before this...
So, if they were able to do 500k tests on a day in April (instead of 100-200k) then there would have been more positives (duh). But since they didn't... it's possible the people with unknown covid in April got to pass it to people who pass it to other people and those family trees are being found right now.
Bad news is that it's probably not possible to figure out how many unknown cases are out there right now since there's people who just won't notice it.
Actually having an ability to figure out if you've had it and gotten over it months ago.
But those tests are a little elusive at this point.
I went outside today. Gotta say…not a fan.
Has an actress' inflection...
71% of people in the US say they've worn masks in public. Higher than Germany (64%), Canada (58%), the UK (31%), and Norway (5%)
I suspect people in Germany/Canada/UK/Norway are a little more confident than Americans of their ability to have an illness without serious financial implications.
Some of the mask mandate here is about the flaws in the US health care system too.
We were out on the East River but we're back for quarantinis and the last 45 mins. of the show!
Some of us might overestimate or underestimate how many people are doing something when all we can do is just look at them.
Also - the USA isn't having a Second Wave. It never ended the First! That is different also.
We have in fact squandered much of our sacrifices by not being united in this.
Granted - we are a larger nation.
There was a cute little red-eared slider about the size of a silver dollar that paddled by when I was out munching lunch on the pier. Cuteness factor was 3 times infinity
The mask skeptics in a place with the NHS are probably a little more cocky about their decision than even the mask skeptics around the USA.
Nice, Phillippe. In the basin we stopped in there was a very annoyed mallard who was UNHAPPY to see us, leading to a chorus of "The duck don't like us / quack the Casbah, quack the Casbah!"
Donald wants to stay POTUS to stay out of prison. It's strategic.
I'ma call it Mass Murder.
Same sentiment to Hubig and Carmichael!
Go !
- & Thx.
