As is true with many American former-factory towns, it suffered hard times in the last few decades. Poverty, heroin. But, it’s also home to a diverse array of people from other places and an experimental electronic music scene. I live less than an hour from Holyoke.

As is true with many American former-factory towns, it suffered hard times in the last few decades. Poverty, heroin. But, it’s also home to a diverse array of people from other places and an experimental electronic music scene. I live less than an hour from Holyoke.
