Julie P. they arrived last Saturday, ex-free range but lacking in feathers and very thin.
Chickens play such and important part in our diets but get such poor treatment. Hopefully these gals will be well fed and up to scratch soon. The older ones are a bit ratty about their arrival so we are keeping them separate for a week or so.
