Never realized the bit was called the "Butch Brothers"- a BBC weekly dive into Gay Camp in 1965. Really funny stuff. They were always introduced as different professionals bel ending on the story and proceed to burn the place down with Gay sex double entendres - Britain was so far ahead of us on semi- open gayness " Round The Horne" is really worth a listen...

Wait, this is Mr. Fab. Is it Fabio? If so, I just saw you at Earwax, 6hrs ago. How's it going, Fabio?
  9:50pm
Elle Tor's Husband:

I saw Space Lady perform 15 or 20 times. She was a regular in the Haight and Castro districts. I lived on Market near Castro and she would stake out a store's doorway once the store closed down for the night. Space Lady was a fixture. You could hear that lilting vocal style a block away and it drew you in.
Avatar 9:51pm
Mr Fab:

There is an unreleased Pianosaurus 3rd album. hello, record label, some one release it please? When I saw em live, the lady in the band sang one of the songs, presumably from the 3rd album.

Oh wow, found this online about Boy Lollypop:

""My Boy Lollipop" (originally written as "My Boy Lollypop") is a song written in the mid-1950s by Robert Spencer of the doo-wop group The Cadillacs, and usually credited to Spencer, Morris Levy, and Johnny Roberts. It was first recorded in New York in 1956 by Barbie Gaye. A cover version, recorded eight years later by Jamaican teenager Millie Small, with very similar rhythm, became one of the top selling ska songs of all time."
