	♥ 6:28am dale: eric - went to urgent care yesterday after i googled shingles on head and it was a perfect match for my burning numbness and rash and pain and swollen eyelid. got started on a generic of valtrex. probably going to be a few days. it's just what you want at the end of the summer - a condition where you just want to crawl into a hole and be left alone.

	6:56am queems: if you want gabapentin and don’t want to take it 3 times a day, ask about gralise. it’s extended release that you take at night so you don’t have to fall asleep in your lunch every day. gabapentin does wonders for nerve pain, but taking it in the middle of the day is super rough for being awake and productive. also lyrica is garbage and you can’t drink while you take it.

	6:56am queems: if you want gabapentin and don’t want to take it 3 times a day, ask about gralise. it’s extended release that you take at night so you don’t have to fall asleep in your lunch every day. gabapentin does wonders for nerve pain, but taking it in the middle of the day is super rough for being awake and productive. also lyrica is garbage and you can’t drink while you take it.
