One of the signs I think says Russell's Seafood which if correct would place it. A great Bird feature with Machito's orchestra. One of my favorites but don't listen to it often, on LP in storage.

And, yes, I think it is mostly prerecorded, due to COVID-19, but Phil Schapp has been don't anhour of Charlie Parker music every weekday for 30+ years, along with other features on him. I think they must have enough archive material to go for months.
