	5:15pm Sem: One thing I do know is that garlic does well in dryer conditions. It is a rule that you never water it in the last month of growth. But you have a Zone 8 or better situation there, I think. Not so familiar w/ cultivation associated w/ that. Zone 5b or 6a here.
