(David, if you're still there, I saw your last comment!)

Your still rocking the nations !
Wake n'Bake is making love to my ears.
Would love to attend. Distant friends and a Sister in Bay Ridge most packed their bags and left
Last time there walked 3rd to Shore Road always beautiful
Plus 86th
I love this 6/8 timing. Ear-holidays...

happy 54th (woulda been) to Jeff Buckley
You put a smile on my face on the most unlikely days
Good morning everyone, hope you have a good week
that's boids chirping "Didja get that thing I sent ya??"
Wonder how many glistens ran track?
Did judo and drugs
That’s interesting because so did I. 🙂
"What song would you request that you would NEVER want to hear?"
for example.." Hey Clay! Could you play some Achy Breaky Heart by The Billy Ray Cyrus?"
neither did I but I found that none of the others were either.
The consensus was “I’m competing against myself, not the other guy”
Highs were 110 and intermediates were 440.
I liked the highs better. It was like dancing.
As long as you got the steps right (5 to the first then 3 between hurdles).
What an underrated gem
These days lift weights Qigong walk Meditation plus movement Meditation Drugs out the door
I still gravitate towards the slightly offbeat sports/activiey.
Rock climbing, road bike, running, yoga, etc.
I like to think I live in the land of misfit athletes.
I was all in up until the thought of Ken in a bikini.
That’s a bridge too far
Good morning all.
I bet Clay, Ken, Warwick, and Crabbio all have tube socks and those tight gym shorts.
and a stretchy sweat band 🙂
I had to learn how to go left or right on those days when I got the steps wrong.
I still got my old XC waxless skis in the garage.
The wife and I did yoga 3 years then the COVID blanket came down all closed lockdown on booo
🏆
Alan Ginsberg, William Carlos Williams, Lou. Costello, to name a few.

LCBD, what great good news!
Thanks geo! Thanks all for all the TLC!
It did ring but then it went to a voicemail
Jesse: "oh." lol
Yup.
You could look at 25-or-6 to 4 as the "answer song".
time for toast and tea
YB, glad to be here with you, friend.
(Really though, Clay should give out phones as prizes!)
Steve Martin has a new book out with/artist illustrator

Just closed for an additional 2 weeks!
Roger, DJG! I'll tell them you're on the back nine!

This makes it very easy to see how cases are going up and by how much day by day in your own town
I found this much more useful than state level and county level numbers because NJ is so populated it doesn’t really tell you whether things are doing OK right near you or whether the surrounding area is metaphorically on fire.
Here’s the link:
https://health.morriscountynj.gov/coronavirus/#cases
My maternal grandfather played the violin. My mom told me that he played on the radio and made recordings. He was probably born in the late 1870s and did this in the 20s.
The sound of marching feet, It has a strange allure
Daybreak the Meditator
I just found out that the meditation app that I use is giving free subscriptions to teachers.
A lot of people don’t know what to make of meditation or have been curious about it but haven’t had a good way to try. The link I’m going to post actually has a five minute meditation built into it which is a really good version of what’s available in different forms through the service.
https://www.headspace.com/educators
New job, now at home, has me up at hours to enjoy the full show, making mornings easier
It’s nice to feel that someone is actually tracking the numbers for my tiny town of
Boonton New Jersey
He was a character and a half!
I’m trying to help in anyway that I can.
What I particularly liked about that service is
How much you can tailor it to what you want. I meditation can last for five minutes up to 20 minutes.
You could do a course about a particular kind of stress, about basic meditation, or have meditation to go with you while you take a walk.
It has been surprisingly cool and awesome.
Thanks for the company today everybody!!!

Think I was born loving radio. My parents had WNEW on, from Klavan and Finch in the morning, then William B Williams and on. However, the dreaded WPAT and WVNJ usually showed up in the car. I found WFMU when in high school and it has remained my preferred station.
FUCK COVID!
Thanks Pidge !
