	♥ 10:13pm Mr. Pumpy: I've never been much of a hot-sauce type, but I've recently become mildly obsessed with Fly By Jing's Sichuan chili sauce. It is not cheap, but it is excellent and not overly hot. Nothing crazy on the ol' Scoville scale. Great on butter pecan ice cream!
