Poor Alvy, I hope he pulls through. He's like your co-DJ, being a constitutive part of your show. Our oldest, Dougal, has has a few cancer tumors removed and has a heart condition. He's only 14 and still has a zest for life despite his ailments. His cardiologist could be a reality show star.

Songs: Hearbeat, Frame By Frame and Sleepless. FYI, I loved last weeks Zoom. Obviously too broad to touch on all, but we all have stories about coping with grief and decisions. I was moved by the introspection and complete lack of relying on big pharma to pull oneself out of depression. Loved it.
