Shh, don't tell anyone, but I'm lurking while I do some writing. This is my first time here at this show. So far, I'm digging it.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:44pm Wendy del Formaggio:

I like this.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:53pm Wendy del Formaggio:

Erkin Koray! A few months ago I found two comps with kinda crummy graphics and dorky liner notes, but the music is Turkish psych / "psych" so I bought them. There were a few Koray tracks on there, of course. The funny part is, I found the comps at a used furniture store in New Hampshire.
Avatar 8:56pm The Knave:

Ahhh nice find Wendy!
Yeah it's the places you least expect that can strike gold.. The middle of nowhere, a dead mans garage sale, attics etc
Avatar 8:57pm Shaw:

Killer show tonight Knave! Thank you! I dig the Erkin Koray as well. I first heard him on the Love, Peace and Poetry comp of Turkish psychedelic music
Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:58pm Wendy del Formaggio:

Thanks, Knave! Yes, I've found great cassettes and LPs at gas stations. I don't know why I was surprised to find good CDs at a used furniture store, but I was. I found a bunch of good stuff there beyond the Turkish CDs.
Avatar 8:58pm The Knave:

Great to have you here for the ride!
Cheers for your ears and see you next week
