	♥ 3:16pm Motobro: I’m 3 weeks and 6 days post shoulder surgery and torn biceps repair. Seasons over for me. My son and his buds raced last Sunday and out riding woods today. Me, I’m tinkering in the garage an around the yard, almost cocktail time.

	♥ 3:40pm suzyhotrod: Roller derby history story. We had a game planned on a Friday at Skate Key in the Bronx. On Monday they told us they were closed forever, and to get the hell out. So we kinda stole a lot of stuff. That would NEVER happen now. Everyone is very well behaved now.

	♥ 3:55pm Motobro: It is a beautiful thing, letting it all hang out and going hard for it. Kinda the same mental thing (Part of the brain) in extreme sports.
	♥ 3:57pm Motobro: Lots of holes in the wall, broken phones and other stuff. Get a rubber mallet and beat on something, even the concrete floor, it helps... a little.
	♥ 3:57pm K8: Coping mechanisms...I keep thinking about this especially now that there's this light of a vaccine at the end of this stupid COVID tunnel...but there's also this winter to get through...I don' t know...running, reading, music, weird craft projects...WFMU!
