Oh this is happening next: STEP 1 - Fill a rocks glass with ice.

STEP 2 - Pour Jim Beam Maple Bourbon over the ice cubes and add maple syrup.

STEP 3 - Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a teaspoon to float it on top of the bourbon.

STEP 4 - Garnish with a few fresh gratings of nutmeg.

The little farm (livestock only) used to be a zoo in the early 2oth century. This land used to belong to British Lord Simcoe a long time ago, when this was Muddy York, before Canada, and somehow over the course of a century a little city zoo evolved here next the Don River. there are cows and horses and sheep just down the block. It's nice to be near that AND downtown. I'm in an area called Cabbagetown, which used to be a ward full of poor Irish immigrants.
