It just was so that last year it was super misty and lots of people still had their old bangs, pops and whizzes stored up in the attic. So there were a few excesses. But incomparable with last year.

	♥ 4:29pm StringOFperils: @Martinibomb > You need to have that knuckle looked at by a medical professional. It sounds like tendon damage. My left ring finger did that at the first knuckle (phalange). It began witha preventative strain injury from computer keyboarding, it ached and burned intermittently, and then one day when I went to grab a towel, it popped, quite audibly, like a stick breaking. Oddly it caused no pain at all, BUT, the first phalange locked into the down forward position (an acute perfect right angle), into a condition known as 'mallet finger'. The flexor tendon had broken completely, and snapped back like an elastic band inside. The finger had to be splinted into fully extended position for 6 weeks, withe the tendon magically fused back together and worked again (which wasn't a sure thing, it was an "if". It wasn't until the splint came off that the doctor could be sure that the other option, plastic surgery, wasn't warranted. I hope this is not what's happened to you, but if so, your phalange is frig.ed.

Nothin really. I DID have to go with the program and keep it motionless for 6 weeks inside its splint, however.

It just was so that last year it was super misty and lots of people still had their old bangs, pops and whizzes stored up in the attic. So there were a few excesses. But incomparable with last year.

	♥ 4:29pm StringOFperils: @Martinibomb > You need to have that knuckle looked at by a medical professional. It sounds like tendon damage. My left ring finger did that at the first knuckle (phalange). It began witha preventative strain injury from computer keyboarding, it ached and burned intermittently, and then one day when I went to grab a towel, it popped, quite audibly, like a stick breaking. Oddly it caused no pain at all, BUT, the first phalange locked into the down forward position (an acute perfect right angle), into a condition known as 'mallet finger'. The flexor tendon had broken completely, and snapped back like an elastic band inside. The finger had to be splinted into fully extended position for 6 weeks, withe the tendon magically fused back together and worked again (which wasn't a sure thing, it was an "if". It wasn't until the splint came off that the doctor could be sure that the other option, plastic surgery, wasn't warranted. I hope this is not what's happened to you, but if so, your phalange is frig.ed.

Nothin really. I DID have to go with the program and keep it motionless for 6 weeks inside its splint, however.
