Rita Houston, a great radio voice and music aficionado, died recently. There is a remembrance of Rita beginning at 6 pm and sadly, it will follow this fabulous music so well. One of the DJs, Delphine Blue, has hosted on WFMU, so I don't feel so badly talking about this show or the work that Rita Houston did with so much love for the music. She was also a promoter of women's music and women on radio. If this is a violation, the moderator can remove it.
