	9:12am Listener Gregory: At the end of Charles Mingus's disastrous Town Hall concert, the producers told the hall workers to start taking down microphones and music stands while the musicians were still on stage, to avoid paying overtime. The musicians and audience was baffled, and no one knew what to do. Clark Terry started playing "In a Mellow Tone," and the entire band joined in to end the concert on a positive note. (I believe.)

The worst thing was quarantining in a small bedroom for a week (but I did get room service left outside my door, had it's advantages)

	♥ 9:45am doctorjazz: Her approach to solo guitar is a bit like Joe Pass, in that they are basically pick players, not finger style, and use single note runs alternating with well voiced chords. They sound quite different, of course...
