Hey B.C, and fellow Archivists!

I request ARB do a show as Muhammad Ali From Cali.

Avatar 2:09pm
Mr Fab:

oi, that abum cover. Corey discovered Photoshop, and now he's a "designer," too. See, anyone can do it!
  2:10pm
Eric Kilkenny:

yeh I accidentally watched like good morning america when he performed this album and it was pretty horribly hilarious
Avatar 2:12pm
BC Sterrett:

Oh man those Corey TV performances are so wonderfully weird.
Avatar 2:13pm
BC Sterrett:

I had tickets to see him live in SLC, but he cancelled twice due to his documentary situation...(sigh). I wanted to see his performance in person sooo bad.
Avatar 2:17pm
BC Sterrett:

ahhhh, local favourite hippie from the 70s.
Lived here, in a dome, set it on fire, local fire department saved him, he wrote song dedicated to it. Then went away.

BC Sterrett:

Hi Sem :)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:52pm
Sem:

Hello, BCS. Lovely things today.
Avatar 2:55pm
Mr Fab:

Ever seen Crispin Glover live? He's crazy, but unlike Corey, in a good way.
Avatar 2:57pm
BC Sterrett:

Thank you Sem :) I was just feeling that I lost most of my audience without the wonderful Aloha Fridays :) I deserve it, I have to work all the time and miss other shows I wish I could be present for.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:59pm
Sem:

Love Betty's hair, a little more than her voice. But altogether, delicious.
Avatar 2:59pm
Mr Fab:

I certainly hope we can get some Friday morning shows on the schedule. It's some prime radio real-estate. Location, location, location!
Avatar 2:59pm
BC Sterrett:

I have seen Crispin live! Twice. It was wonderfully bizarre. I made a bootleg recording of the first time I saw him. I wonder where that is.
Avatar 3:00pm
BC Sterrett:

Story time dedicated to Aloha Fridays (R.I.P.)
Avatar 3:03pm
Mr Fab:

i stood behind Crispin Glover in the checkout line of a Target store once. Didn't want to bother him, but I would like to know what was the 'answer' to the question posed by his album. He says that there is one. Did you ever crack that code, BC?
Avatar 3:08pm
BC Sterrett:

No idea. I think the LP originally came with a book. I wish I had it. When I drove Crispin to one of his film screenings once, but I mostly asked him about his unreleased 2nd album "Big Love." No plans on that release on the horizon, he feels that record labels are thieves.
Avatar 3:08pm
BC Sterrett:

I also told him that I heard about a Wild Man Fischer biopic and the rumor was that he would have played the lead. He didn't know what I was talking about...
Avatar 3:10pm
Mr Fab:

Really, a second album?! Wow, self-release it, Crispin, on Bandcamp or sumthin, please.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:11pm
chresti:

Hi BC and lost anarchivists!
Avatar 3:11pm
Mr Fab:

Ha, that is hilarious about the Wild Man Fischer film. If anyone could play Larry, Crispin would be the one.
Avatar 3:13pm
BC Sterrett:

Hi Chresti!
Avatar 3:13pm
Mr Fab:

My new job is, in fact, on Westwood Blvd. I always think of Larry now, and miss Rhino Records. Someone bring it back! Not that Rhino is even a real thing anymore...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:14pm
Sem:

Hey, chresti.

David Janssen spent so much time looking for the one-armed man, he seemed uni-dimensional. But this record changes my view of him.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:16pm
chresti:

Hey Sem.
Avatar 3:20pm
Mr Fab:

Ted Knight played the newscaster on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:20pm
Sem:

Catch phrase as a career. How did I miss that highway to heaven?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:22pm
Sem:

I can hear Dead Kennedys doing this.
Avatar 3:23pm
BC Sterrett:

Ah Mary Tyler Moore Show!

Cool, there's videos of your puppet shows! Can't wait to check those out.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:32pm

"The success of "Let's Get Together" (which hit No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, No. 17 in Britain and No. 1 in Mexico) also led to the release of a record album on Disney's Buena Vista label, Let's Get Together with Hayley Mills, which also included her only other hit song, "Johnny Jingo" (Billboard No. 21, 1962)." wikithingy

I never would of guessed Robert Mitchum was singing this.
