First version of Song Is You was on one of my mother’s favorite albums, Lena Horne w/Gabor Szabo
  2:13pm
Muddyrich:

Fantastic Doll House

I’m trying to figure out how to see that new documentary on him and Jerry Moss
Avatar 2:18pm
Rubberband Girl:

I've never heard any other covers of Rise, but I'm sure they're out there. I used to play Herb's regularly, but this is the jam now.
  2:18pm
Muddyrich:

Herb, I mean, of course
  2:19pm
Muddyrich:

Just my tempo
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:20pm

I really am happy with your show, Rubberband Girl. Your choice of tunes is great.
Avatar 2:20pm
Otis:

Stanley Black doing Rise, wow. I'm about 10 minutes delayed on my response today, hello clients.
Avatar 2:20pm
Mr Fab:

I highly recommend herb's restaurant in LA, Vibrato. Live bossa/latin jazz the minute you walk in, great food, cocktails named after Tijuana Brass hits. And Jon Voight said our daughter was adorable. Not inexpensive, obviously, but for a birthday or sumthin, go for it.
Avatar 2:20pm
Rubberband Girl:

There is another mind-blowing cover coming up in about 4 minutes that I'm really excited about...
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:21pm
Paper Kosmonaut:

Gainsbourg lyrics.
Avatar 2:21pm

Was thankful to catch Herb with Lani live in Montreal 5 or 6 years back, all the TB and Mendes tracks and a few Lani solo gems.

Love these guys! This track has an Axelrod vibe
