	♥ 5:54pm coelacanth∅: Bob i even had fish for breakfast today. i don't know, maybe i like plain cheese pizza best, with a few cloves of raw garlic.
	5:54pm bigplanetnoise: “When people say that they hate anchovies, they’re probably referring to bad anchovies. And that’s understandable. Bad anchovies are...intense. But the good ones pack a nice salt punch and clean flavor. They’re little nuggets of umami that boost flavor levels in sauces, condiments, dressings, and marinades. The bad ones just make things taste old and fishy.”

	♥ 6:00pm HyperDose: My folks and I used to frequent a local pizzeria. They threw a slice of Sicilian and an anchovy for my mom in the oven. The anchovies permeated the thick crust, filling it with that unique umami flavor. Thought I hated Sicilian for the longest time haha

His grandfather started a radio station in Pearsall, with call letters KVWG “The Kind Voice of the Winter Garden,” a station that played everything from easy listening to country and western and Mexican musichas. Before landing in Nashville, Noel played worldwide, and spent quality time in Guy Clark’s workshop, building a guitar. 	♥ 6:00pm HyperDose: My folks and I used to frequent a local pizzeria. They threw a slice of Sicilian and an anchovy for my mom in the oven. The anchovies permeated the thick crust, filling it with that unique umami flavor. Thought I hated Sicilian for the longest time haha
