I think "Paris is Burning" is still on Netflix, and it's a fabulous documentary on the whole ball scene. Sobering that only two of them are still alive BUT a wonderful snapshot of an era and an important document <3

i had a stone in my mid 30's(!) that nearly killed me (i don't like to think nor talk about about it.) just glad i made it. there is no pain like that cause by the stones (i'm told)

String of pearls, Apple vinegar tastes bad. But if you heavily dilute it in water it tastes OK. Try doing that three times a day and you'll lose weight and feel great within two weeks.
