WR, Same here. Lost sleep due to those fireworks assholes. I don't know why they /start/ at 11PM or midnight. The other night, awoken, I got miffed and considered going out there to find out if they were malicious or just clueless. I considered it and decided not to.

Brian, this morning on the Wake and Bake show, I asked if the herb is legal in the "UK." Stanley informed us of the negative. Something to the effect that cops look the other way in place like Manchester....and Bristol, of course. I was sort of surprised, but the USA is still a patchwork.

A funny thing happened. We got to rehearse with Bo in the afternoon before the show. We'd practiced hard for a month, listened to his '50s records. (Rumor was Bo and Chuck Berry often used pickup bands that were disappointing. We were determined to be good.) He quickly stopped us: we were playing too fast like his old records. We had to immediately change speed to mid-tempo for the older Bo! Turned out okay later.

I have a photo of Bo and my band I could share but don't know how to, it's just on my desktop.
