I asked what was going on and was told there was also an exhibit of old trains on the south side of the terminal. Photographers go for that, I was told. Great fun!

I was on cloud 9. we had meetings and talked about physical releases, interviews, and plenty more. I like to care for my product 360 degrees. So I explained my ideas, called an artist friend (we are talking biennale level) for the cover and packaging. we met the label and they didn't want to pay him and promised exposure. to a biennale artist. they didn't know that. all promises feel short when they wanted to go digital only. I was disappointed but agreed. they proposed a screw me over 50/50 deal. a classic deal where they get the good 50% and I get the 50% that pays nothing. so I asked for a contract to seal and write down everything. they refused and insisted on me giving them rights first, then contract will arrive. I told them to fuck off. I have my own label and self-publish.

I was on cloud 9. we had meetings and talked about physical releases, interviews, and plenty more. I like to care for my product 360 degrees. So I explained my ideas, called an artist friend (we are talking biennale level) for the cover and packaging. we met the label and they didn't want to pay him and promised exposure. to a biennale artist. they didn't know that. all promises feel short when they wanted to go digital only. I was disappointed but agreed. they proposed a screw me over 50/50 deal. a classic deal where they get the good 50% and I get the 50% that pays nothing. so I asked for a contract to seal and write down everything. they refused and insisted on me giving them rights first, then contract will arrive. I told them to fuck off. I have my own label and self-publish.
