It was intentional, the show was called Age of Content
	♥ 4:41am David Shortell: Even Abbott & Costello’s fans might admit they appeared in some schlock. “Buck Privates” was a good one though--I saw it in an Andrews Sisters triple feature at the Film Forum! “The Time of Their Lives” was their best picture, and most unusual. More than just an excuse for them to do their routines, the script cast them as characters quite different from their famous stage personas.

It was intentional, the show was called Age of Content
	♥ 4:41am David Shortell: Even Abbott & Costello’s fans might admit they appeared in some schlock. “Buck Privates” was a good one though--I saw it in an Andrews Sisters triple feature at the Film Forum! “The Time of Their Lives” was their best picture, and most unusual. More than just an excuse for them to do their routines, the script cast them as characters quite different from their famous stage personas.

I have a yearly pass, but checks are way more frequent (and hostile) in my poor neighborhood (think cops in riot gear stopping a bus to check everyone) In Paris it's a different story, people in suits go through unchecked, they're busy. They are often not paying, they know the game
