	8:01pm Listener Gregory: The phase-shifting Bill Evans I get, but most of the electronic keyboards he played were just less sensitive to his touch and didn’t seem to add much, IMHO.

I once played a solo BE performance for a friend who was trying to explain pedaling to me, all the things you could do with the piano pedals, and he just fell silent.

I haven't played it in a while (it's in my on deck circle now, but it's a very big circle), but my recollection is that the sound was good (not coincidentally-the Europe recordings was meant to be for release, the Gate recording was actually just a mic check, they didn't try to record the show faithfully and never intended it for release.

I haven't played it in a while (it's in my on deck circle now, but it's a very big circle), but my recollection is that the sound was good (not coincidentally-the Europe recordings was meant to be for release, the Gate recording was actually just a mic check, they didn't try to record the show faithfully and never intended it for release.
