Anyone remember "Kenny G" --- famous poet and Ivy League professor who has read his poetry at the White House? The things he did on the air to piss off listeners are legendary.

Listening in the archives. I went to school in West L.A., ground zero for the Hollywood punk scene. I must have seen a hundred shows featuring most of the bands on your playlist. Great set Harry! (Wasn't Minor Threat a D.C. band? No matter.) Just about every Fear concert I saw was shut down by the police. I began to think it was part of the act. X was the best of them all. For some bands (which you wisely did not play), I tell people you had to be there to understand the appeal. A great time to be a music fan. Thanks for the memories!
