	11:55am Rick A: Hello Michael and Fellow Listeners, I saw Yo La Tengo at the Westbeth Theater Center on Halloween night 1997, It was a Friday night, so it was especially electric. At the end of the show, Ira celebrated the fact that almost nobody was in costume. That is my signature Halloween memory. A few years back, I saw the original Halloween film in a movie theater and was reminded what a masterpiece that film truly is.

The house is a Halloween wonderland: skulls, black candles etc.. We sit on the porch and send the bags down a chute that I made (a holdover from COVID that still delights the kids). mrs. scabin is a teacher in our small town, so the children demand hugs as well. My contribution: scary music. We get well over a hundred visitors.
