It was a hot night in 1970 and we didn't have air-conditioning. My whole family was watching the historic peanut butter incident on television. The show was called A Mid-Summer's Night Dream on channel eleven in L.A.

@UltraD: why the heck doesn’t Austin City Limits ever re-broadcast some of their brilliant classic recorded shows ? Was that Elvis C. show promoting/touring his Almost Blue “country tinged” album? I would so freakin love to watch that on flatscreen!
I was blown away by a solo David Byrne ACL (perhaps circa late 90s?) that I have never seen rebroadcast.
It is solo Byrne at his best! Really wonderful costume outfits & a few outfit changes. ACL must have great Archives of shows! Going back to the late 70s?! - thru all the 80s etc.
