We wrote this one in 1966 for the film 'Fly Me to the Riviera'. but it missed out on the Oscar that year to 'Windmills of Your Mind." And he said it about three or four times. It obviously still rankled... It became a bit of a catchphrase for my friend Johnny and I, shorthand for digging up old slights years later.
