Doug, it all depends on the methodology - what is being measured and how the indexes are constructed. On this one, Oslo is 14, though it's higher on other surveys. NYC is 8, btw. Bergen would be lower, at least on account of real estate prices, but otherwise comparable.

Actually the Hawaiians are pretty proud of their cowboy culture. It seems some native Hawaiians went to a rodeo in the 1800's and kicked some but and won some competitions. I guess it was sort of one of those Jim Thorpe type things. "We can compete and win on your playing field."

Hi Doug - Cyril wrote this song on the train going to the studio the day we recorded it. I am in fact singing in French - a fact i only learnt after we had done it - the title Nale Pa La Hula - is in fact French for 'This is not the hula". Cyril is playing the guitar not me on this one.
