  Sun. 1/3/10 3:04am Joe:

Sue! Happy New Year to you, too!!
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:06am Sue:

did you almost get blown away today? it's brutal out there
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:09am Joe:

It's a bone chiller, Sue! I hope you're keeping warm!
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:11am Sue:

i'm trying, but i think the wind is blowing in through the closed windows. brrr... i'm just afraid of going out there and getting hit by flying trashcans and whatnot. yikes
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:12am Mike Sin:

It's amazing to me that Gene Clark's "Winter In" ended up as a bonus track on the reissue of "White Light" -- unreleased for all these years, but as strong as any other track on the LP!
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:12am Joe:

Yes, I actually flew to Jersey City instead of driving. It was a good thing I didn't put away my (angel) wings from Christmas.
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:13am Joe:

I agree, Mike! What a great album, top to bottom.
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:24am Mary Wing:

Just woke up from a snooze to say Happy New Year to Joe, Mike, Sue and everyone listening!
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:26am Sue:

Hey, Mary Wing, Happy New Year to you too! thanks!
  Sun. 1/3/10 3:33am Joe:

Hey, Mary! Happy New Year snoozing to you!
  Sun. 1/3/10 4:06am Allen:

"Ma Jeunesse Fout Le Camp" is slang for something along the lines of "my youth is out of here, " as in "my youth is leaving," although "fout" (from "foutre") is somewhat more vulgar than that.
  Sun. 1/3/10 4:08am Joe:

Thanks, Allen--I knew I could count on WFMU's listeners.
  Sun. 1/3/10 4:57am Mike Sin:

Mono "Porpoise Song" -- Yeah! An instance in which the single version is longer and better than the LP version!
  Sun. 1/3/10 5:08am Joe:

Sorry it was so crunchy, Mike!
  Sun. 1/3/10 5:11am Mike Sin:

I've gotta track down that Striped Bass track.
  Sun. 1/3/10 5:15am Joe:

It's a cool record! If you know what year it's from, let me know....
